She has worked for, and cooperated with, advertising and artwork firms as a translator and contact person liaising with related foreign firms.

Yannis Pistofidis initially chose medicine - however, two years into his studies, he was finally won over by foreign languages, in particular, the translation sector. He holds a university degree in "Applied Foreign Languages" (language combination: English and Greek) from Paul Valery University in Montpellier, France, specializing in trade and business.

Always interested in translation, he initially worked as an external associate for other firms, then going on to form his own company. He has worked as a volunteer in the USA and in the former Soviet Union and as a full time trainee at the European Parliament.

Irini Voliotou is a graduate of the School of French Language & Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a post - graduate degree in translation to and from English - French - Greek from the University of Mons-Hainaut in Belgium.

She started her career as a literary translator, worked as a freelance translator for many years, and later became familiar with the environment of multinational companies when employed as a project manager at a major translation company.
