After receiving the material to be translated, we
contact you, should this be necessary, to further clarify
details and requirements concerning
the project (target
audience, final format of files to be delivered, reference
material, etc). We then send you an offer as
promptly as possible, indicating the price and proposed
time of
delivery.

After the offer has been accepted, the translation
is either undertaken within the company or assigned to
an experienced external associate, depending on the combination
of languages and the subject matter involved. If the project
in question is large, more translators may be engaged,
to ensure that it is completed on time. With the use of
advanced translation memory programmes and the utilization
of available glossaries, or drafting of new ones, cohesion,
uniformity and accuracy with regard to style, language
and special terminology are achieved. |

Once the translation has been completed, the text
always undergoes correction and
proofreading, focusing
on the following points:
- accuracy and thoroughness of content, natural
linguistic flow
- grammar, syntax and spelling
- measurement unit conversion
- text formatting - layout
